Computing Workstations

53 UNO Net ID computing workstations are available on the first floor of the library, 24 UNO Net ID computing workstations, and 16 public computing workstations are available on the second floor. Each workstation features the following software:

Adobe Creative Suite 4 (Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator) is available only on 1st floor UNO NetID computers and 2nd floor group study rooms. Workstations designed for collaboration and multi-media production are available in group study rooms that can be reserved at the Main Service Desk.

Laptops

Laptops and other computing equipment are available to UNO students, faculty, and staff for use while in the Library and can be checked out at the Main Service Desk. Renewal is available if not reserved by another user. Laptop checkouts require an annual signed agreement from the borrower.

Twenty Dell PC laptops (Lattitude 6510), eight Dell Netbooks, one Apple Powerbook, and one MacBook Pro are available for a 3 hour check out period, within the Library only. Each laptop includes a carrying case, and charger. Language learning software is available on 6 Dell PC laptops (2010-PC-4, 2010-PC-7, 2010-PC-8, 2010-PC-9, 2010-PC-12, 2010-PC-13).
